Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a tracked postal service to our distribution center; please note that personalized or club-crested items are exempt from standard returns.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned teamwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
